It happens because IE doesn't allow the kanban saves cookies. To solve it you have to change this behavior
- Open a page with kanban app part in IE
- Go to Settings > Safety > Webpage privacy report
- Ensure cookies is allowed for the "kanban-app" domain
Virto Kanban add-in (as app part) just shows “Working on it” and constantly refreshing the page in IE Print
